Who We Are
Joco Puno Architects & Associates (JPAA) is a partnership between two architects, forged by twenty-five years of friendship. Co-founders Reagan and Jeffrey established the design firm in 2023. They are college friends and part of a team of thirteen talented individuals, each with their own unique design strengths and expertise.
Upon its founding, JPAA brought together over 40 years of combined experience from its co-founders, completing more than 600 projects and managing a real estate portfolio worth approximately 500 million USD.
In less than two years, with the addition of key associates and directors, JPAA’s collective professional experience has grown to an impressive 168 years.

Our Associates
“If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.” – Isaac Newton
JPAA’s partners were shaped by mentors and industry leaders, one of whom has now joined the firm as Senior Associate Consultant—Architect Rod Soliman.
Rod is a mentor and longtime friend of Reagan. He formerly served as Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of Project Management at Philam Properties Corporation (PPC), the real estate arm of AIA Group in the Philippines. He was responsible for managing the entire construction project portfolio of Philam Life, AIG, and AIA, overseeing corporate offices, branches, and properties spanning over 10 million sq. ft.
Before PPC, Rod held a similar leadership role at RCBC as Head of Project, Facilities
Management & Premises, where he managed the bank’s corporate real estate portfolio. He also worked with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) as a Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Rod brings invaluable industry expertise to JPAA.
One of JPAA’s goals is to bring talented Filipino architects back home from overseas. With a strong foundation built on friendship, the firm aims to reunite professionals with their families while strengthening its core values of diversity, collaboration, and global competitiveness.
Recently, three key associates joined JPAA:
- Architect Alexis Reburiano & Bono Raymundo – Visual artists, painters, and architectural/interior designers
- Architect Kenn Tamayo – Experienced Architect and Project Manager with extensive expertise across Manila, the Middle East, and Asia
JPAA plans to welcome more associates from Asia, MENA, Europe, and the US in the next five years.
The firm also fosters a new generation of architects through its young designers program, ensuring continuous growth and innovation in its designs.
